Will Christmas Trees Light Up Retail?

Will Christmas Trees Light Up Retail?

With Christmas right around the corner, retailers are starting to get worried. The change in the retail market environment has dramatically decreased the sells of in-store shopping. Christmas trees are now this holiday seasons trending "thing" to buy.

A survey concluded that buying a Christmas tree resulted in a more successful shopping experience for consumers this year. A major reason retailers are being affected is due to the easy access cross the web. With online stores like Amazon, consumers would much rather spend their money on "things" there than at a store. The new shopping environment is possible to affect stores in the near future. Now buyers would more likely want to spend their money on an experience than on a "thing". For example, going to a Christmas tree farm is worth spending the money just because it is a better shopping experience.

Though there is no telling what will happen to traditional shopping because of the different target markets, going out to buy a Christmas tree will lighten up anyones holiday!
