Businesses are beginning to design offices spaces that are increasing the amount of square footage per employee when shared work settings are taken into account. This is not just a new trend that it looks good or only belongs to companies in Silicon Valley, but everyday many of industries change their traditional work spaces to this revolutionary method that increases the amount of people you can assign to an office building and at the same time increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the work that has being done. Perhaps this new idea can help the creativity of the employees and promote a more cohesive team attitude as this new design includes a quite area for those employees that might have better performance in a more quite space.
