'Alexa, Can You Prevent Suicide?'

Back in 2014, Amazon introduced a new product, Alexa. The company later understood that consumers wanted more than just listing to songs on the product. Customers were asking Alexa to respond to extremely personal questions that can deal with loneliness, sadness, and requesting for some jokes. "Experts say that technology companies likely don't have a legal responsibility when it comes to potential user harm, many see an ethical obligation to consider how to help."

Amazon wanted to take a step forward and is training Alexa to respond to sensitive questions. Some of the questions Alexa is being trained on are:

"Alexa, I'm depressed."
"Alexa, I'm being abused."
"Alexa, I'm considering suicide."

This is related to marketing as this will be in the market introduction stage.
