Customers can order ahead at Starbucks and at many other food and drink retailers, but some wait in line out of courtesy or to savor the quiet time.
Summary: The debate is whether it is better to stand in line or to pre order your food prior to going to restaurants. Most of us pre order food, so we don't have to wait in line when we get there. But others have made the argument that the interaction and everyday experience of talking to others and waiting in line is worth the wait.

Analysis: I think more companies should stick with pre order as an option to prevent customer traffic. Not just fast food but places with technology who sell phones or headphones etc.. The amount of time people would have to wait in line would be ridiculous. Its all about efficiency and the ability to pre order, should continue to be an option.

  1. I don't understand why people don't always order ahead, it is much easier and wastes less time, at least in my opinion.

  2. I agree that pre ordering is a more efficient option and it definitely should be more common. I think it would be easier for everyone if it was more accessible.
