Google release Nexus phones to Keep Up with Apple

Google vice president of engineering Dave Burke announces a new Nexus phone
       On Tuesday, Google launched 2 phones simultaneously since the program began in 2010. The device was manufactured by LG Electronic Inc has several features similar to its competitor - iPhone as Google stated, the features include finger print sensor, the new Android Sensor Hub that process sensor data, the device can also determine whether users are walking, cycling or running and it can count steps. According to the article, the problem with unifying business process of Android companies generates when Android companies let other firms to build it's devices. In order to overcome this problem, Google only chooses one or two handset maker to effectively w
ork on those hardwares.

      The information of Nexus discussed on paragraph above is closely related to the marketing works of Google. Google stated that Nexus demonstrate the value of Google's latest innovation and according to Rajeev Chand - head of research at Rutberg & Co :" It's a counterbalance to Apple's vertically integrated approach" and "Nexus devices are the only ones that Google can control end to end" proves that Google is concerning about the Product element in the 4Ps in marketing mix by developing the right product which has the capability of competing with one of its strongest competitors - iPhone.

  3. I love apple, but also love that they have competition. I hope this inspires some change in the next iPhone.
