White House Projects 100,000 to 240,000 U.S. Coronavirus Deaths

The Whote House has calculated that the U.S could face between 100,000 to 240,000 deaths from the coronavirus pandemic. President Trump has warned Americans to brace for an unprecedented crisis in the days ahead saying that "this could be a hell of a bad two weeks".
President Trump appeared at the breafing with two of his top medical adviserd and repeatedly urged Americans to follow federal social-distancing guidelines that have now been extended through the end of April. Dr. Anthony Fauci, a member of the sayd that "We've got to brace ourselves"
The U.S. has more confirmed cases than any other country, with more than 189,000 infected. New York has more than half of infected contribution in this number. And the death toll has reached greater than China's 3,900 deceased, but far less than Italy's 189,000 deaseased
The New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo sayd that "We underestimated this virus. It's more powerful, it's more dangerous than we expected." However, through all this, President Trump refuses to take responsibility of underestimating the Coronavirus Pandemic and not making affermative actions early on.

This situation is getting worse by the day. Hopefully they will have the medicine to treat this virus by next month or two
ReplyDeleteIt is sad to see many people passing away. I don't believe, however, that Italy has had that many deceased due to the pandemic.
