What's next for the U.S. women's team after its World Cup win ...
4 time World Cup Champions

U.S. Women's Soccer Team Loses Legal Battle

U.S. Women Soccer had sued their boss for pay discrimmination. U.S. Soccer Federation has discrimminated the U.S. women's soccer team by not providing equal pay. The U.S. women's team has brought the U.S. Federation much success over the years. The unequal pay is very unfair as the U.S. men's national team has never won a world championship. The men's team did not even sucessfully qualify for the World Cup tournament, yet they make more than the women.

Although the U.S. women's team isn't having success in their lawsuit against the U.S. federation, they still have outside support.  The U.S. women's team has the support of their sponsors and fans. Fans have shown their support during games by shouting, "Equal Pay!". The U.S. women's team is actually sponsered by Nike and Nike is big on equality.

Despite the U.S. women's team losing the most recent legal battle, they have not given up hope. Important players like Megan Rapinoe and Alex Morgan have gone on to say that they will not quit fighting for equality.
