Volkswagen is back and rolling in the money. Volkswagen is cutting the "expensive" German workforce it has by nearly 10 percent or twenty three thousand jobs. The recent scandal the German automaker had with using special software to cheat emissions tests, and make the vehicles appear to be more economical than they really are; this really hurt the company's reputation and their revenues and earnings, they are finally slowly starting to come back.
