Karen North said “You want to figure out how to get the most people to come to your site or app, spend the most time there, and stay for the longest overall period of time”. This is what Snapchat Inc is focusing on when making changes and updating their app. They think about the demand of what people want. They focus on that people are doing and how they're doing it. The trends that are new and they take all into consideration as they are creating their new marketing strategy.

From the begging I knew this app was going to last for a while, not only because at the time there was nothing like it but because they have kept up with the other apps.
